Rule 117

Clauses can be presented in grouped form for decision

If the speaker thinks it is appropriate, the clause, schedule, any amended clause or schedule of the bill can be grouped for the decision of the meeting. However, a member may request that the section or schedule, revised section or schedule be presented separately for the decision of the meeting and if the proposal is appropriate, the speaker may present it separately.
